Conversion stop in Accelleron Industries Ltd SDR

We hereby inform that from 18 April 2023 until (and including) 28 April 2023 it will not be possible to execute CBT (Cross border transaction) to convert from Accelleron Industries Ltd SDR (ISIN SE0018536682) to ordinary Accelleron Industries Ltd (ISIN CH1169360919) because of the record date for the upcoming Ordinary General Meeting.
Last date to instruct a conversion will therefore be 17 April 2023.
After 28 April it will be possible to send CBT instructions again. Please observe that trade-/settlement date can only be from this date and can’t be historical.
Information on the AGM and proxy voting for SDR holders will be distributed to the Swedish market through the company’s website and to the Swedish nominees.
