Gabriele Sons

Gabriele Sons began her career in 1991 as an advisor on collective bargaining and employment law at Deutsche Lufthansa. Since then, she has served as managing director or executive board member of several international businesses including Compass Group, Schindler Elevator Germany, the German Employers Association Gesamtmetall and Thyssenkrupp Elevator. Gabriele Sons studied law in Munich and Heidelberg and has been an independent lawyer and consultant since 2018.
