Gabriele Sons started her career in 1991 as lawyer at Deutsche Lufthansa. Since then, she has served as managing director or executive board member of several global businesses including Compass Group, Schindler Elevator, the German Employers Association Gesamtmetall and Thyssenkrupp Elevator with a focus on human resources, legal and compliance. Gabriele Sons studied law in Munich and Heidelberg and has been working as an independent lawyer and consultant since 2018.
